Initial Consultation Service

For anyone who is fairly new with speaking to a coach or is familiar with the process of starting fresh with someone new and having to recite your story all over again knows how overwhelming it can be. More so, it can take up a lot of time and having to pan out through multiple sessions which can be time wasting.

A 90 minute consultation will give enough time to discuss your concerns, your history and what you’d like to work on.
Coaching Service

Our coaching sessions will centre around your concerns, long-term goals, gains and accomplishments. This is also a safe place to vent out how you are feeling, no matter the subject. There are no limits.

60 minutes.
Review Service

Once you believe you have reached your goals and have developed a routine of your own through what you’ve learnt during your sessions, a review is recommended to run over your plans going forward. This can be useful to prolong your breaks between appointments or once you feel you no longer need coaching. You’re always welcome back with open arms.
